Our Townsville Warehouse offers postal delivery, online click and collect, local delivery and warehouse pickup. Below you will find information of all of these options;

Saturday: Closed (open via appointment)

LOCAL DELIVERY AVAILABLE: Townsville 4810-4818

We offer local delivery for our Townsville based customers including postcodes: 4810, 4811, 4812, 4814, 4815, 4816, 4817, 4818.

SAME DAY DELIVERY is available for orders placed before 1pm local time. If your order is placed after 1pm, it will be delivered on the next business day.

The minimum order value required for local delivery is $50.00 excluding any shipping or delivery fees, and “Local Delivery” must be selected at the checkout for your order to be delivered. 
If you do not select “Local Delivery” your order will be sent via Australia Post via whichever option you have selected, either Parcel Post or Express Post. 

FREE LOCAL DELIVERY for all orders $100+
DELIVERY FEE: $10.00 for any orders under $100

 

LOCAL DELIVERY TIMES:

Bailee + Co offers two delivery times each day throughout Townsville, FNQ - both a morning and afternoon run. Below you will find information regarding order cut-off times and delivery slots available.

 

  • Please make sure to include your preferred delivery time in your order notes upon checkout. If no preference is indicated, your order will go out on the next delivery run.
  • If you have listed a business address, please ensure you are open to accept your delivery in the time selected. If no one is present, your order will be returned to our warehouse for collection or you may opt to pay a re-delivery fee.
  • We most definitely understand that life itself is full of uncertainty, so if you’ve placed an order and have needed to step out and won’t be available, please just send us a message or text 0411 589 250 with your name and order number and your new preferred time and we’ll be more than happy to help!
  • All orders delivered to residential addresses will be left near the front door. If you would like your order left in a different location, please put this location in your order notes. If you have a locked gate with no access to front door or your order DOES NOT fit in your mailbox, it will be returned to our store and made available for collection, or you may opt to pay a re-delivery fee.

 

MONDAY - FRIDAY

Morning run: Between 8:15am - 9:45am

Orders must be placed by no later than 8:30AM. All orders placed after 8:30AM will be delivered in the afternoon run. 

Afternoon run: Between 3:00pm - 5:00pm

Orders must be placed by no later than 2pm. All orders after 2pm will be delivered on the next business day on the morning run.

Please note: this means all orders received after 2pm on Friday’s will be delivered on the following Monday unless prior arrangements have been made.

 

CLICK AND COLLECT:

At the checkout online you will have an option for “Pick-Up”. If you select this option your order will be ready to collect within 1 hour of the above store opening times.

When you’re order is ready you will receive an email notification. It is recommended that you check your Junk mail if you haven’t seen any notifications after more than ten(10) minutes.
